A Midsummer Night's Dream

We ended the year with a light hearted version of A Midsummer Night's Dream, directed by Richard Waring and assisted by Juliet Earp in her first St Bedes production.

A world of magic, fairies, mistaken identity and love was successfully created. It is hard to choose particular standout performances from such an outstanding ensemble show but Aston Hannington and Olivia Brent playing Oberon and Titania really proved how creative a performance it was.

The Mechanicals captured the farcical elements extremely successfully with Charlie Pullan playing an excellent Bottom and Ollie Herman's transformation into Thisbe was a definite highlight of the show.
