Aims
To improve aerobic fitness and flexibility.
Description
Badminton is a physically demanding sport that requires both considerable reserves of fitness, but also the ability to bend your body in ways that most other sports do not. Students will be put through a rigorous spinning class to work on their fitness, followed by some pilates moves to improve their flexibility.
