Aims-To acquire a range of skills to decorate cakes for a variety of occasions
Descriptions-This involves baking batches of cup cakes each week using different recipes and then decorating them using different techniques. These will involve piping, modelling fondant into flowers etc, chocolate work and spun sugar.
