Aims-To give students studying the diploma in culinary skills coursemore time to complete practical dishes to the required standard

Descriptions-This activity is part of a one year Level 3 vocational qualification which takes place both during the time table and activity time. The course leads on from The Certificate course and aims to develop a range of advanced culinary skills. It is examined through three practical examinations.
