Description

This activity is primarily for students looking to achieve the D of E Bronze Award. Gold Award students will be involved in helping to run the activity, as part of their service element of the award. D of E is one of the most highly regarded outdoor pursuit awards in the world and students must complete an (assessed) expedition, but also acquire a skill and complete a service element in order to achieve the award. St Bede's offers the full programme of D of E, Bronze, Silver and Gold. Students must be 14 at the start of the academic year to participate in the Bronze activity.
