Adam Lam claims two Bronze medals
Twelve-year-old, St Bede’s Prep pupil Adam Lam attended the England U13 Badminton Gold tournament in Cheltenham recently.
Adam won all his singles fixtures to claim a place in the semi-finals the following day where he faced England number one David Jones. Despite all his efforts Adam lost 21-17, 21-18 but went on to claim a bronze medal.
In the doubles Adam partnered Jonathon Tang from Essex and managed to reach the semis again, but loosing 21-14, 21-19 to claim third place.
This was a great start to the New Year for the St Bede’s Prep School pupil claiming two bronze medals at a national event.
