Bram strikes gold

Special congratulations to Bram Griffiths from Laughton, a Year 8 pupil at St Bede's Prep School, who has been selected to play football for the Independent Schools U13 South East side.

Bram, who is Captain of the unbeaten St Bedes 1st XI, had to impress the South East manager enough to be chosen from fierce competition which took the form of formidably talented footballers from all over Sussex and Kent.

The South East side will play against other Area sides in a three-day Festival at Repton School in March and, from there, the National side will be selected.

Bram, however, in true footballing fashion, is just going to take it one game at a time!!
