County champions for U13 girls' cricket team

St Bede's Prep School U13 Girls' Cricket Team is the 2009 U13 County 8-a-side champions. The competition, which has been running in schools all over the County, finished with the final matches being played on Tuesday 24 February. Four schools competed in the final group in a series of matches and St Bede's beat Oathall and Vale, winning the competition by 11 runs. The team now go on to play the County Champions of Hertfordshire in April on route - hopefully - to Lords for the final round to become the U13 Sussex Lady Taverners Cricket Champions 2009.
