Cricketing Callums Represent Region

Earlier this month St Bede’s Senior School students Callum Jackson and Callum Guest were selected to represent the South East region in the annual U15 English Schools Cricket Association Bunbury Festival in Chester.

This took pace last week and they played matches against the North, Midlands and the South West. Both had a successful tournament and Callum Jackson scored 68 not out in the final game against the South West and keeping well throughout.

Following the event he was named in a 22 man ECB England U15 High Performance Squad, and will be training at the National Performance centre at Loughborough University this week.
