Distinguished Scholars
To achieve Grade 8 in your chosen instrument or singing is a brilliant achievement - to gain a distinction at Grade 8 is remarkable, but that is exactly what three students at St Bede's Senior School have done.
Luther Vine in the First Year has been awarded Grade 8 by the Associated Board for Trumpet, whilst Hannah Savignon-Smythe in the LVIth and Sophie Booth in the UVIth have won their awards at Singing.
Director of Music, Andrew Barclay said: ‘They really do deserve congratulations. I am very proud of all the musical achievements at St Bede's but these are truly exceptional results from a very talented group of music scholars'.
