Drusillas

Year 3 and 4 visited Drusillas last week for a visit to support their science studies. The children had a very informative talk in the education centre about habitats and adaptations. Some of the children were lucky enough to be dressed as animals and much to their delight were able to touch a friendly rat and a rather large snake. Only some of the staff were brave enough to join in at this point! The children then had a tour around the zoo and finished the day burning off some energy at the play area. An enjoyable day was had by all.
