Fireworks Night 2011

As always this year’s Firework Party at St Bede’s Prep School went off with a bang! Over 840 people filled the grounds at the Prep School to enjoy the night’s entertainment and a fantastic night was had by all!

The attractions were in abundance, some of which included a chocolate fountain and candy floss stand, fantastic face painting, toffee apples, Casino Royale, festive food and Wii – Just Dance which even Headmaster Mr Bevington had a go at much to the pupil’s amusement!

The fireworks were as spectacular as ever and as the night came to an end the mesmerising display lit up the school as hundreds of faces stared up to the sky.

The entire night was a huge success but I’m sure that the pupils of St Bede’s Prep School would agree that the highlight of the evening was the opportunity to throw wet sponges at their teachers as they were strung up in stocks!
