Gung Hay Fat Choi: Chinese New Year
Monday 23 January brought the first day of the Chinese New Year. As we enter the Year of the Dragon our catering team from Holroyd Howe pulled out all the stops to make it a memorable lunch for our Chinese students and the rest of the School. A range of Chinese dishes including Prawn Stir-fry, Chicken Chow Mein, Spring rolls and Tofu Stir-fry were accompanied by vegetables, and Prawn Crackers. The more adventurous could even try using chop sticks, and then find out what the future holds by opening a fortune cookie.
