Internet safety talk

Internet safety was the topic of discussion recently at St Bede's prep school, when year 7 and 8 pupils and their parents, gathered in the schools theatre for an enlightening Internet safety talk by Sam Brown.

The talk was extremely informative and pupils and parents were told about the thinkuknow website (www.thinkyouknow.co.uk) where children and adults can learn all about Internet safety and how to report any kind of website abuse. Pupils and parents were also made aware of the different types of abuse they could encounter on the website and therefore how to use the internet safely and stay in control.
