Easter Dance Course
Following the huge success of the 2010 Easter Course we will publish details of the next course as soon as possible. The details which follow applied to the most recent course and give a flavour of how future courses might be structured. However we reserve the right to make any changes necessary
The teachers will include full-time members of the Legat School of Dance Teaching Faculty (under the direction of Mary Goodhew, former professional dancer and Ballet Principal of the Royal Ballet School – White Lodge and Artistic Director of Elmhurst School for Dance) and other highly respected professional dancers and teachers of renown. Day and boarding places are available. Acceptance to the course is by audition only. Please see dates.
Dates for the Easter Dance Courses
Junior course - Sunday 11 April – Wednesday 14 April 2010
Senior course – Thursday 15 April – Saturday 17 April 2010
Audition dates - Thursday 14 January 2010 or
- Sunday 17 January 2010 or
- Sunday 30 January 2010
Students at Vocational dance schools, Royal Ballet School Associates, Elmhurst School for Dance - Pre-Vocational Programme students, London Junior and Senior Ballet students and Legat Associates need not attend an audition to be accepted but are required to complete the application form and return it by 25th January 2010.
Vocational students and those from gifted and talented programmes of academic school years 8 and 9 may attend for the whole week (Sunday 11th April – Saturday 17th April) at the discounted price of £475 for residential and £325 non residential.

Non- Residential
Junior Course (8 – 12 year olds) £200
Senior Course (13 – 17 year olds) £150
Both Courses for select Academic Year 8 and Year 9 students £325
Successful audition applicants are required to pay a non-refundable £50 deposit, to secure a place, by Friday 12 February 2010. The remainder of the fee is due on the 26 March 2010.
Early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.
