Macmillan coffee morning

St. Bede's Prep School joined the nation in ‘The World's Biggest Coffee Morning' on Friday 26 September.

Year 4 children welcomed family and friends for coffee and delicious cakes in the school theatre. It was an exciting and hugely enjoyable morning for all who took part and the children particularly enjoyed serving all the visitors. Thanks should be given to all the staff, family and friends of St Bede's for helping to make all of the wonderfully delicious cakes (of which there was a plentiful supply!). Indeed the event was so well supported that a superb total of £436.13 was raised.

St. Bede's are proud to support Macmillan Cancer Support and the money raised will go towards the valuable services that Macmillan offer to improve the lives of people affected by cancer.
