Netball Master class with Karen Grieg

Pre Season Netball training kicked off to an intense and positive start last Thursday 5th January at St Bede’s Senior School. Girls from both the prep school and senior school were invited to attend a masterclass session with Superleague team Northern Thunder’s finest shooter; Karen Greig.

The former International and current Superleague player, ran the young netball players through their paces, providing excellent technical and physical coaching both in attacking and defensive ends of the court.


In the afternoon sessions girls from both Moira House and Hurstpierpoint were also invited to attend the masterclass. The day was a great success and finished in a competitive but friendly tournament between the rival schools.
