New Students Introduction Afternoon

On Sunday 5th September the school hosted an introduction to St Bede’s Afternoon for new students and their parents. The afternoon started with canapés and drinks served on the lawn, followed by a welcome from Dr Richard Maloney. New students and their families then had the chance to meet their Housemaster or Housemistress.

Parents were taken by prefects on a tour of the site to improve their knowledge of the site when supporting events whilst students were taken to their Houses to see their common rooms and be briefed on the start of term.

The afternoon proved a great success and term started the following day with fewer nervous, and many fewer lost students, than in the past.
