A Pre Prep holiday scheme will operate outside term time and a late stay and early morning facility will be in place during term time. Our highly experienced and qualified Nursery staff will run the breakfast, late stay and holiday clubs for Pre Prep children and there will be a combination of age appropriate structured activities and freeplay.

Breakfast club (£1 per day)

We shall open at 7.45am for Nursery and Pre Prep pupils who would prefer to have their breakfast with their friends at school. They will eat in the Nursery and be offered a choice of milk, juice, cereal, toast and porridge in the colder months. Those not joining breakfast club can arrive from 8.00am ready for an 8.15am start to the day.

Pre Prep late stay and clubs during term time (£30 per night per term) - 3.45pm 6.15pm

Children in the Pre Prep staying at school after 3.45pm will be charged a late stay fee of £30 per term for each night stayed whether this is as part of a structured club run by a Pre Prep teacher of the regular late stay facility run by the Nursery staff. This includes a drink and biscuit at 3.45pm, then a tea of sandwiches, yoghurt, fruit and a drink at 5.15pm for those children who stay later. One off late stay will be charged at £7.50 a night.

Pre Prep Holiday Club for children in Reception to Year 2 (£30 per day/£545 per term)

8.00am - 6.00pm (Breakfast club 7.45am £1 per day)

This will run outside term time throughout the year, closing only for four or five working days over Christmas and five or six working days divided over the Easter and August bank holidays, depending on how the calendar of each year works out. The price includes all on site facilities and activities, morning and afternoon snack, hot lunch and afternoon tea. There may be occasional trips off-site that incur an additional charge, in which case parental permission would always be sought beforehand.

The holiday club will contain a whole host of planned activities such as sports hall games, camp fires, treasure hunts, den building, outdoor team games, swimming, art and craft, drama and singing, cooking and special themed weeks for the younger ones such as ‘Pirate Adventure' or ‘The Big Top' - fancy dress a must!

Bookings for holiday club should be made as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
