Out of this world

Year 4 pupils at St Bede's Prep School have spent the week literally ‘Out of this world' as the drama theatre at St Bede's Prep School was transformed into planet Aquarius, for the play ‘Out of this world'. When a shuttle crew from Planet Earth lands on Planet Aquarius the crew soon embark on a journey of fun and danger as they are greeted by the environmentally friendly ‘Choopies', but soon cross the paths of the eco-unfriendly ‘Geekoids'. This very topical play was hugely entertaining with excellent performances as well as outstanding set design and costumes.

St Bede's pupils have recently joined ‘Generation Green'; a brand new schools and community programme from British Gas, which encourages green behaviour.
