During the football season the Senior boys will have one rugby lesson a week as ‘pre-season’. Once the season begins then rugby enjoys the same curriculum time that football did previously and not without success.
In the last 10 years our 1st XV have twice been County Champions and in 2003 our U12’s were National Prep School Champions!
We start with ‘Tag’ rugby with our U8’s and then follow the rugby ‘continuum’, gradually building up to the full 15-a-side game in Years 7 and 8. More and more of our boys play outside school for the likes of Eastbourne, Heathfield and Lewes rugby clubs
