St Bede’s Prep School Sports Round Up

Henry Gilbert has recently been called up to the U13 South-East England Independent Schools football team to go to Repton over the Easter break to play all the other regions. From this tournament an overall England Independent Football Association side will be selected.

Alistair Orr swam a provisional 2nd fastest breast stroke time in the country at the IAPS time trials held at the K2 Centre in Crawley .

In hockey, the U11 girls finished runners up in the plate at the regional finals in Surrey and Year 8 girls Holly Goble and Georgia Horsman have been selected for the U13 South-East hockey squad.
