St Bede's Retain the Blackshaw Bowl

St Bede’s U15 Cricket team retained the Blackshaw Bowl (The Sussex Independent Schools 20/20 Competition).

The final, held on the 1st July 2010 at Lancing College, saw us playing our hosts who had beaten Brighton College in their semi-final. The lads managed to restrict Lancing to 114 off their 20 overs. St Bede's then made light work of the chase, knocking off the runs in just 13 overs for the loss of 1 wicket. It was a very spirited and disciplined effort from the men of St Bede's, who were a credit to themselves and their school.
