St Bede's aquatic superstar

On Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 October, St Bede's Prep's Katherine Horsfall Turner, waited with anticipation, poolside, to compete against the numerous other teams at the Crawley Earlybird. With that first splash it was obvious that Katherine was going to shine in the competition and she emerged victorious with not one medal but three!

Katherine won Bronze in the 100m butterfly, Silver in the 200m butterfly, and Silver in the 400m individual medley (an arduous race where the competitor swims four lengths of each stroke). Clearly Katherine is a force to be reckoned with and we wait to see what this aquatic superstar does next.
