The Button Box

On Wednesday 16th and Thursday 17th June Year 3 pupils took parents on a magical journey through time and around the world with their production of ‘The Button Box'.
Parents were treated to a wonderful array of songs, eye-catching costumes and some lively dancing; a particular favourite with the children was the 'The Belly Button Boogie'.
Grandad added humour to the play with his non-stop 'secret' munching of sweets and biscuits, whilst long suffering Grandma tried her best to deter him! All of the children gave fantastic performances and thoroughly enjoyed getting into character as sailors, Serengeti dancers, aborigines and a grumpy but cute leprechaun, to name but a few. Great fun was had by all.
