Three Bronze Medals for Adam Lam
St Bede’s Prep School pupil Adam Lam has won three Bronze medals at the Bristol U13 National Badminton Championships.
Adam won bronze in all three events, The Mixed Doubles, Boys’ Singles and Level Doubles. Adam unluckily came across the Number One seed in both the Singles and Level Doubles and lost in the semi-final. In the mixed doubles Adam lost to the number two mixed pair so claimed bronze in all three events.
Adam is now part of the Asda Athletes and recently collected his award at Wembley National Arena and met up with lots of young GB athletes at the top of their sports. Mark Foster the Olympic Champion was also there to hand out the awards and give a talk on his experiences.
