Tonisha on Standby for Commonwealth Games
Tonisha Rock-Yaw, who has just joined the Sixth Form at St Bede's, has been put on standby by the Barbados National Netball Team to join them for the Commonwealth Games, to be held in India from October 4th to October 13th. If she is called up she will join former St Bede's student Makeba Clarke in the team. Makeba left the school in July and has delayed going to University to be free for these games. She will start her degree course in Sports Coaching and Development at Brighton University next September.
