The School and House photographs are now available to order. Please find below instructions of how to order these photographs online.

• All orders will be sent to the parents delivery address

Every two years the whole school assembles for a group photograph. Traditionally these were taken on the lawn in front of the lake, but with the growth of the school it became more and more difficult to fit in sufficient staging to hold all our students, and to move the camera far enough away to get everyone in!. We now have to use Stud field.

Early in the morning of Thursday 29th April the team from the professional photographers arrived and started setting up stands, initially for house photographs. By the afternoon these had all been taken and each year group had been arranged by height and the long lines of students began to take their places on the staging. Under the direction of the photographer’s team the staging became more occupied. This is inevitably a long process, those at the top of the stand are the first on and last off and are in position for the best part of an hour. It was fortunate that at this stage the weather was dull but dry. The academic staff then took their places and, after a final briefing by the photographer, the photographs were taken. The students were then carefully and safely unloaded, and for the students it was all over for another two years.

The staging was then reduced in size and a picture of all those who work at the school was taken as the rain descended.
