Year One pupils explore the great outdoors as part of their Geography topic
St Bede’s Prep School is situated at the foot of the South Downs and next to Eastbourne seafront. Year 1 pupils from the Pre-Prep were fortunate enough to take advantage of this last week when they went for a walk on the Downs as part of their Geography lesson. The pupils matched vegetation to their colour charts and compared the Downs with the beach. They also used binoculars to compare near and far.
