St Bede's School

Year information

Each student at St Bede’s has a Head of Year responsible for their academic programmes and for monitoring progress along with their Tutor and Housemaster/Mistress.

Year 9
Liam Backler is the Head of Year Nine (First Year) and he arranges the programmes of these students, liaising closely with parents, students, staff at the student’s previous school and pastoral staff at St Bede’s. This is obviously a key role in settling new students at the School. Liam will work with students throughout the Year and explain and guide them in choosing suitable subject for GCSE.
