School Rules


We have school rules to make sure that everybody at St Bede's can enjoy being in a harmonious international community and we expect all student to live by these rules.

NO smoking, alcohol or drugs

NO stealing or shoplifting

NO swearing, fighting or bullying other students

NO leaving campus unless with staff

NO girls in boys' accommodation or boys in girls' accommodation

NO using Fire Escapes unless for an emergency

NO damage to school property

NO penknives or toy guns

NO swimming without a St Bede's lifeguard being present

NO dropping litter

NO mobile phones or MP3 players in lessons, activities or meetings

NO chewing gum

If a student does not follow the school rules, St Bede's reserves the right to discipline them.

In cases of persistent misbehaviour or for very serious misdemeanours such as smoking, drinking, stealing or if a student breaks the law, the student will be expelled from the school.

If the student is expelled, any additional expenses will be paid by the parents and no refund of fees will be given.
