Transfers
We offer a complete, safe transfer service for our students. We always use our own staff to meet students on arrival and to check them in on departure; we do not use taxi drivers for this service. Our staff will then wait until they have confirmation that the flight has actually departed. If there are any flight delays, our staff will wait for or with students, for as long as necessary.
We will meet students at any time on arrival and take them back to the airport for departing flights at any time. We do not specify set arrival or departure times. We usually make arrangements to meet all students who are scheduled to arrive within one hour of each other, so sometimes there may be a short wait at the airport for students arriving on the first flight. During this wait, students will be with St Bede's staff members and will be provided with water and a small snack.

We will send you a Meeting Service form with your booking confirmation and you should complete this and return it to us by fax as soon as you have booked the flight. In case you need another copy of the form, you can download it here.
