Interview Policy

If you are selected for interview, we will contact you to arrange a suitably convenient date and time. It is Summer School policy and procedure to carry out a personal interview at our Head Office in Sussex or in London. We are only able to offer telephone interviews if we are experiencing a shortage of applications for a particular position.

All candidates applying for senior positions will be interviewed personally, either separately or together, by the Operations Manager and the Director of Summer School.

All successful applications for Centre Director will involve a rigorous interview followed by a 2-day pre-selection training session to confirm 100% suitability for this pivotal role.
